About Us

IMB Consulting Company was formed in 2003. Garry M. Buff is the founder and Managing Director. He holds a BA (magna cum laude) from St. John Fisher College, a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University. Prior to forming IMB Consulting, he served as Senior Loan Administration Officer-Team Leader at The Bank of Nova Scotia and Vice President-Global Loans at Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust. He has also served as Grant Administrator of the Charles H. Revson Foundation Law Students Public Interest Fellowship Program at New York University School of Law.
